Arrival in Windhoek and at the farm
You will arrive at Windhoek airport early in the morning and will be met by the hunting farm. Today you will spend the day on the farm. You will start your vacation with a delicious brunch, getting used to your firearm at the shooting range, recover from the flight and enjoy your first day in the African bush. Tomorrow the walk&stalk-hunt begins.
Exciting walk & stalk hunting - Five days of hunting (2:1)
5 exciting hunting days start today. Experience stalking of local game such as kudu, oryx, springbok, warthog, steenbok, duiker or hartebeest. The stalking takes place in the early morning hours and in the late afternoon. You will also be fully catered with Namibian delicacies. In the cozy hunting accommodation you will end the evenings with exciting stories around the camp fire.
Drive to Swakopmund to the coast
Today you leave the bush and head to the coast. The hunting farm will take you to the car rental and you will drive about 4 hours to the beautiful city at the Atlantic Ocean: Swakopmund. There you can check in at the hotel, which is located directly at the sea. The rest of the day you can end with a breathtaking sundowner at the beach.
Shore fishing with a typical "Braai"
Spend a relaxing day shore fishing at the Skeleton Coast. The target species of the day will be edible fish, as you will prepare a simple fish BBQ on the beach with whatever nature provides that day. You will spend the morning fishing and end the day with a delicious “fish braai” experience right on the beach.
Inshore Fishing - By boat on the Atlantic Ocean
Enjoy a day on the Atlantic in search of reeffish and sharks. 8:00 am depart from the mole in Swakopmund and head north or south along the coast for up to 22km. Target species are: Kabeljou, Steenbra, Galjoen, Blacktail, Barbel and various species of sharks. You will return to the Mole around 14h. The fish will be cleaned and also today you can take them for your own consumption. We recommend that you take the fish to a restaurant and have them prepared for you.
Return trip to Windhoek and flight home
After a hearty breakfast and time to explore Swakopmund a bit more, you will drive from the coast back to Windhoek today to drop off your rental car and take your return flight with a suitcase full of memories of beautiful moments in Namibia.
