The plane lands early in the morning in Windhoek. You will be picked up at the hunting farm. Today you will spend the day on the beautiful hunting farm at the Black Nossobrivier. After the long flight you can relax, have some delicious food, go to the shooting range and enjoy the African bush. The next day the walk&stalk experience begins.
Five special hunting days start today. We will be stalking the indigenous game of the region: antelopes, zebras and warthogs. Walk & stalk hunt takes place in the early morning and late afternoon. You will receive full board with Namibian delicacies on the farm. The evenings will be spent around the campfire. Time to exchange many exciting hunting stories.
The hunting farm will bring you to Windhoek so you can pick up your car for the next days and do some shopping for your upcoming trip. You will have a long but very beautiful drive north. Directly at the Etosha lies the first impressive lodge with a view of the waterhole. With a cool drink we go to the waterhole for a sundowner. Maybe the elephants will come by for a swim?
Especially in the early morning hours the animals are most active, as it is not yet too hot. Explore the northern and eastern part of Etosha National Park as a self-driver and stay at the waterholes. There are many animals coming to the waterholes during the day, if it has not rained. So the chances are good to make wonderful game observations.
Today you will drive again early into the park. Etosha has a variety of different habitats and landscapes, such as the grasslands, the thorn bush savannah or even shrubland. The most famous of course is the salt pan. On the way from the gate to Okaukuejo you will have time to drive from waterhole to waterhole. The afternoon is spent either in the park or at the lodge. The sundowner place at the lodge with a view over the Mopane forest is a nice end to a day full of game viewing.
After a leisurely breakfast you will drive out of the park and over the beautiful Grootberg Pass towards Palmwag. This is where the special desert elephants live, so we recommend a slow drive so you may spot the gray giants in the valley. The vast Damaraland is characterized by red rock and green euphorbias, as well as mopane trees. Enjoy the beautiful sunset over the eternally wide Damaraland.
You can choose how you spend the day in this fascinating area. For example, there is the option of searching for desert rhinos with the rangers, or spending the day in the Palmwag Concession, a 582,000 hectare nature reserve.
It goes in the direction of the south. You will pass the famous Twyfelfontein bushman drawings and the petrified forest. You’ll reach the lodge in time for a welcome dip in the pool and wander through the lodge’s gardens. The perfect sundowner spot is on the sundeck, where you can look out over the Mopane Forest.
Today you will drive to the coast. You will drive for quite a while through beautiful Namibia to get to the coast. Among other things, you will pass the highest mountain in Namibia – the Brandberg. When you arrive in Swakopmund you will feel the special flair of the coastal town. The city is located directly on the dunes and the humid, foggy climate makes it a fascinating place with different fauna and flora.
Today you can explore Swakopmund. We recommend a Dolphin & Sea Cruise Tour which departs Walvis Bay at 9am. Brunch is served on board the Catamaran. Delicious sea specialties are waiting for you. You will see more of Namibia’s variety of wildlife: With a little luck you will see dolphins, seals, penguins & pelicans.
It is the last day of your round trip. You will have time for a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards you have a 4-hour drive ahead of you. Back on the road to Windhoek. Drop off your rental car and then it’s time: See you soon, Namibia!

You will arrive at Windhoek airport early in the morning and will be met by the hunting farm. Today you will spend on the farm. You will start your vacation with a delicious brunch, shoot your gun, recover from the flight and enjoy your first day in the African bush. Tomorrow the stalking begins.
5 exciting hunting days start today. Experience walk & stalk hunting of local game such as kudu, oryx, springbok, warthog, ibex, crown duiker or hartebeest. The stalking takes place in the early morning hours and in the late afternoon. You will also be fully catered with Namibian delicacies. In the cozy hunting accommodation you will end the evenings with exciting stories around the fire.
Today you go back to the city to Windhoek. The hunting farm will take you to the car rental, where you will be shown how to quickly set up your fully equipped roof tent on the camping vehicle. Afterwards you will shop for your road trip. You will head north. Shortly before the safari national park “Etosha” a camping site is waiting for you directly in front of the gates of the national park. How about a sundowner with a view of the waterhole?
As a self-driver, you will explore your first day on safari in Etosha National Park today. Keep a lookout – leopard, cheetah, elephant & co. are often found at the waterholes
The whole day on safari or maybe a little refreshment at the pool and a few relaxing hours at the waterhole? You decide. The national park is large and offers an endless variety of wildlife.

Enjoy a cool down in the pool and go hiking and look for the desert elephants. The activities in the beautiful landscape are many.
Bushman drawings, desert elephants and desert rhinos. Here you have the luckk – depending on the season and the rainfall – to discover the rare animals. They are not so easy to spot, although they are so big. But the moment you spot a free-roaming wild desert elephant in Namibia will be a moment you will never forget!
Today we are going to the coast. A long and beautiful drive awaits you. The landscape in Namibia is very diverse during a round trip. The closer you get to the sea, the more the climate and vegetation changes. Soon you will arrive in the desert town of Swakopmund.
Today you can take a beach day or stroll through the beautiful Swakopmund. You also have time to either relax or participate in the many activities. E.g. Duneboarding, a boat tour on the Atlantic, a fishing day, a desert tour and much more.
A truly magical place awaits you here. Here is one of the most impressive sunsets over the African bush. The last camping evening and millions of stars round off your self-drive trip with hunting opportunity. Tomorrow we head back to Windhoek to the airport.
