Memories that last: Walk-and-stalk hunting in the Reficiens hunting area
Simple tented camp for an intense, very special walk-and-stalk hunt
Here the focus is not on the accommodation or the extras, but on the hunt itself. Everyday comforts are kept to a minimum – and that is exactly the point, because deep in the Erongo Mountains it is all about intense moments in nature.
Discipline, physical effort and situations outside your comfort zone are rewarded with traditional walk-and-stalk hunting and a deep connection with nature. Only a few people a year have the privilege of hunting here, as the Denker family hosts very few guests. Hunting is extremely selective – for old, past-prime animals.
Let yourself be captivated by golden sunsets, rugged mountains, surreal rock formations and an endless starry sky.
What makes this hunting area special
Untouched wilderness of rugged mountains and valleys in Namibia’s semi-desert
Exclusive guiding (maximum 2 hunters)
Member of the Erongo Verzeichnis for African game – the home of the age-based ART scoring system
Natural game movement – open farm boundaries, healthy populations, many mature animals
Physically demanding hunting & an unspoiled nature experience
